摘　　要：在教育技术领域,一种科学的管理理念逐渐受到关注,逐渐为人们认识和肯定。与其他领域的管理相比,由于多媒体技术的引入,网络教学平台的介入,教育技术领域内的管理更加呈现信息化特征。本文从媒体的角度探索教育技术管理的定义与发展趋势,然后对教育技术领域管理存在的问题进行现象分析,最后进行教育技术管理研究方法的探析,具有理论意义和现实意义。In education technology field, a kind of idea of scientific management is gradually being noticed, and being accepted by most of us. Compared with other field＇s management, education technology management is indicative of informatization character as introduction of multimedia technology and network teaching platform. Firstly the paper is searching for definition and development trend of education technology management, then analysis its existing problem by using phenomenology, and finally makes further research on its research methods. These are having meaning on theory and reality.
