高等工科院校研究生工程实践教学改革探讨

摘　　要：当前我国普通高等工科院校研究生工程实践能力的缺乏已成为制约工程教育实践性发展的重要因素之一。从探讨研究生工程实践教学的必要性出发,提出普通高等工科院应以政策与制度为导向,树立工程教育理念,通过准确定位工学人才培养目标,构建科学工程实践教学体系,健全师资培养机制等多项举措提升工科院校研究生工程实践能力培养。Nowadays, the inadequacy of practical ability of graduates in engineering colleges becomes one of the key factors to impede the practical development of the engineering practice in graduate edu cation. Analyzing the necessity of the engineering practical teaching, this paper proposes that general engineering colleges should establish the policy and system based on the concept of engineering education. It is suggested to take such measures as setting properly the educational aim of engineering tal ents, constructing scientifically the teaching system of engineering practice, and improving mechanisms of teacher＇s training to promote the engineering practical ability of graduates.
