摘　　要：办学特色对于办学资源有限且在综合实力上缺乏优势与强势的地方大学来讲,是其生存之基、发展之本。地方大学应当在办学理念、目标定位以及建设实践中体现特色化发展的战略思维,在外部影响与内部反应、顶层设计与群体自觉、历史传承和与时俱进的关系中把握办学特色的生成逻辑,在系统设计、精心谋划的过程中制定特色工程的建构方略。For local colleges devoid of strong points in schooling resources and comprehensive strength,the cultivation of schooling characteristics is the very base for their existence and development.Therefore,local colleges should strive to embody the strategic thinking of characteristic development in their schooling philosophy,target location and construction practice.Moreover,efforts must be made to well grasp the generative logic of schooling features in the relationship between exterior influence and interior reaction,between top design and group awareness,and between history inheritance and advancement with the times.Meanwhile,the strategy for characteristic construction should be formulated in the process of systematic design and intensive planning.
