区域职业教育体系建构的思考

摘　　要：构建适合区域经济发展的职业教育体系,既是促进区域经济发展的重要保证,又是教育服务区域社会、甚至指导区域社会不断趋于发展良性化的重要方式和载体。构建区域职业教育体系的思路:构建中等、高等多层次相互衔接的,学历与非学历职业教育、正规与非正规教育相协调的多形式的、城乡一体化区的在发达与欠发达地区之间能够实现桥梁和纽带作用、能够产生科技孵化作用的区域职业教育体系。构建区域职业教育体系的途径:观念创新是先导,体制创新是根本,技术创新是关键,政策创新是保障,环境创新是基础。The construction of vocation education system appropriate for the regional economic development is not only an important guarantee for the promotion of regional economic development, but also an important approach and carrier for the education to serve the regional society, and even to offer instructions for the regional society to develop in a positive and benign way. It is recommended that the regional vocation education system be established with the following characteristics： multiple-level linked-up with secondary and higher education; co-existence of diploma and non-diploma education, of formal and informal education; serve as a bridge to connect the developed and under developed areas and capable to produce scientific and technological innovation. It can be realized by innovating concepts, system, technology, policy and environment.
