摘　　要：该文列出了高职院校生产性实训基地的特点及建设模式，并以陕西工业职业技术学院校内生产性实训基地建设为例，介绍了在“前校后厂”的建设模式下，坚持企业化管理，能够“以教促产”保证基地的可持续发展，形成自身的办学特色及学院特有的品牌效应。This paper lists the characteristics and productive training base in higher vocational colleges. The paper intuduces the construction mode of the ＂pre - school and next factory＂ by using the exampleof construction of productive training base in campus of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute. This kind of productive training base can not only adhere to enterprise management but also promote products by teacing to guarantee sustainable development of base. With all of these, it can form its own school - running features and unique brand effect for our institute.
