摘　　要：结合《餐饮服务与管理》教材的编写实践,论述精品教材建设对精品课程建设的推动作用。分析目前高职教材建设中存在的问题,并从加强教学改革研究、校企深度融合、打造优秀教学团队、建立质量跟踪和信息反馈制度等方面对精品教材的可持续发展进行了探讨。From the practice of compiling the textbook Catering Service and Management,this paper discusses the role of compiling excellent textbooks in promoting construction of excellent course.It analyzes the current problems in construction of vocational teaching materials and explores the sustainable development of the excellent textbooks from the following aspects： strengthening research on teaching reform and in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises,creating excellent teaching teams and establishing systems of quality follow-up and information feedback.
