摘　　要：中国音乐艺术教育改革已取得较大的进展,但面临的矛盾和问题还很突出。音乐艺术素质教育要实现可持续发展,必须以综合性人文艺术素质教育培养为导向,转变教学观的同时大力引进综合型素质人才,同时改进音乐艺术专业学生的思想意识。The music education reform has made a great progress in China, but it is still facing many contradictions and problems. The sustainable development of quality education of music art should be oriented with the cultivation of comprehensive humanistic education of quality. When changing our educational concept, we should introduce personnel with comprehensive quality. And at the same time, we have to improve the consciousness of students majoring in music.
