摘　　要：护生核心能力的培养是新世纪高素质护理人才培养的趋势,必须从护生教育开始。在教学中,除注重理论教学之外,不可忽视实践教学。近年来根据学校、师资、学生的综合实际情况,尝试在技能教学方面进行改革和创新、开发校内实验项目,采用多种不同的实践技能教学手段,以提升护生的核心能力,在实践教学中,取得了较好的教学效果。It is a national trend to cultivate the core competence of nursing students to produce high-quality nursing professionals in the teaching practice in the new era. Apart from theory teaching, practice teaching cannot be ignored in the process of teaching. Based on the comprehensive actual situation of school resources, teachers and students, we have made great tailored efforts to reform the skills teaching and develop schoolbased research projects to enhance students＇ core competence and thus have achieved satisfactory teaching resuits.
