摘　　要：高校《物业管理概论》课程作为房地产经营与估价专业的必修课程占有很重要的地位。由于实用性很强,在教学过程中存在一些问题,亟待解决。As the required course of real estate management and valuation major,Property Management Introduction plays an important role in college courses.As its strong practicability,there are some problems in the teaching process to be solved.
