摘 要:目的探讨老年科新入护士的培训方法。方法通过制定老年科培训计划,对我科2007年以来新入52名护士实施分阶段,循序渐进培训,逐项考核。该方法以务实基本素质培训为起点,在强化基本技能培训的同时拓展专科护理技能培训。结果新入护士的综合护理技能和整体素质明显提高,能尽快独立完成护理工作;医生和患者满意度增加,有利于临床工作的顺利开展。结论规范化培训在新入护士培训中具有重要的实践意义。Objective To investigate the training methods for the nurses who are new in Geriatrics.Methods Through the training programe,give the 52 nurses came into Geriatrics form 2007 a step by step training and assessment.The method use the reinforce of the basic quality training as a starting point,reinforce the basic skills and strengthen the expansion of specialist nursing skills at the same time.Results The integrated nurse skills and overall quality was improved,independently nursing work can be done in time;both physicians and patients are more satisfied,which is propitious to the clinical work.Conclusion The normative training program for the newly nurses has practical benefit.
