高校编辑出版专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：大多数编辑出版专业的学生得不到业界的青睐。人才市场出现了错位现象:出版界对人才的需求不是描准编辑出版专业的学生,而是找有学科专业背景的学生。从出版人才培养模式的现状和现象、人才培养规格以及编辑的职业维度出发,编辑出版专业人才的培养应是在"专"的基础上"复"。高校编辑出版"通才"的培养模式在一定程度上必须有所变革。Most editing and publishing majors fail to win favor from publishing industry because there is misplacement in job market： what the press searches for are not editing and publishing majors but students with professional background of specialized disciplines. Seeing from the aspects of cultivating pattern, phenomena and standard of publishing talents as well as professional dimension of editor, the cultivation of editing and publishing talents should firstly be ＂concentrated＂ and thus be ＂multi-dimensional＇. To some extent, the cultivating pattern that produces an ＂all-rounder＂ for editing and publishing needs a reform.
