摘 要:本研究运用问卷法调查湖南地区高校免费师范生的教师职业认同感现状,结果表明:(1)免费师范生的教师职业认同感显著高于非免费师范生;(2)免费师范生的教师职业认同感存在非常显著的性别差异,女生高于男生;(3)农村学生与城镇学生的教师职业认同感不存在显著差异。从各维度来看,农村学生在职业意志上的得分显著高于城镇学生;(4)家庭经济收入状况不影响免费师范生的总体教师职业认同感,但会影响教师职业认同感的某些维度;(5)高教师职业认同感的学生更多是由于内心对教育事业的热爱而选择免费师范生,低教师职业认同感的学生更多是因为外在因素而选择免费师范生。这一结果为免费师范生的培养与管理提供了有益的启示。The present study explored the situations of Teachers' Professional Identity (TPI) of tuition-free normal univer- sity students in Hunan province, 377 tuition-free normal university students and 260 students who must pay tuition were asked to complete the questionnaire. It was found that ( 1 ) The TPI of the tuition-free normal college students is significantly higher than other normal college students' ; (2) For the TPI of the tuition-free normal college students, there are very sig- nificant differences on gender, females' is higher than males' ; ( 3 ) There is no significant difference between rural students' TPI and urban students' TPI, but in the dimension of professional persistence, tile scores of rural students are significant higher than that of urban students' ; (4) The family economic status doesn' t influence the TPI of the tuition-free normal college students, but can influence some dimensions; (5) The reason why students with higher TPI choose to be- come tuition-free normal college students is that they deeply love the education enterprise, however, the reasons of students with lower sense of Teachers' Professional Identity are some external factors. This result can provide beneficial enlighten- ment for the training and management of tuition-free normal college students.
