摘　　要：为了提高检验速度,降低检验成本,特对现有乳糖试剂盒法进行开发,以满足生产、检验的需求。低乳糖牛奶由于乳糖质量分数比较低,用现有的国标滴定法无法进行检测[1],而色谱法需配备液相色谱仪,成本较高,且检测速度比较慢,试验对原有乳糖检测试剂盒进行研究改进,在其基础上针对个别细节进行了修订,使原有方法更细化,从而快速检测低乳糖牛乳中乳糖质量分数[2]。本研究检出限为3g/kg。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,操作简单,成本低廉,结果准确,能够满足在线生产及研发需求[3]。In order to improve the speed test,Reduce inspection costs ,Special kit to existing law to develop lactose ,To meet production, Needs test.
