体育院系术科教师评价量表的实践检验

摘　　要：体育院系术科教师评价量表是判定教师基本情况的工具,为了使术科教师评价更科学、更具操作性,对量表在小范围内进行了实践检验。评价量表内容由评价指标、评价标准、评价主体、分值、评价等级及系数等部分组成,评价等级及系数采用经验法进行赋值。通过应用肯德尔和谐系数分析法、卡方检验法和表区分度检验对评价结果进行检测,显示评价量表具有高度一致性、较高的可信度和很好的区分度。The evaluation form of non-theory teachers in P.E.department and institute is the basic tool to judge the teachers＇ basic situation.In order to make the non-theory teachers evaluation more scientific and practical,this paper made the evaluation form for non-theory teachers in P.E.department and institute and made a small scale practice test.The evaluation form＇s content consists of evaluation index,evaluation criteria,evaluation subjects,scores,appraisal ranks and coefficient,etc.The appraisal ranks and coefficient are assigned values through experience.This paper uses Kendal harmonious coefficient analysis method,chi-squared statistic and differentiate inspection table to test the evaluation results,which shows high consistency,reliability and degree of distinction.
