摘　　要：设n为奇素数,F3n表示含有3n个元素的有限域.利用线性码和指数和的有关理论,确定了二次型Q(x)=Trn1(γx10+δx6),γ,δ∈F3n的秩分布.作为一个附带结果,构造了一类线性码并证明了该线性码适宜于构造秘密共享方案.Let F3n denote the finite field with 3n elements, where n is an odd integer. Combining the theory of linear codes and theory of exponential sums, the rank distribution of the quadratic forms Q（x）=Trn1（γx10＋δx6）,γ,δ∈F3nis determined. As a byproduct, a linear code is constructed and this linear code is proved to be suitable to construct secret sharing schemes.
