摘　　要：研究生英语教学的使命是培养学生在当今多元社会中进行有效沟通的能力。英语语言教育者的任务不是去寻求更好的教学法,而是要探索一套能够满足学生需求且与学生学习体验相一致的教与学的策略。为此,有必要构建研究生英语学习公共服务平台,以便在英语教学中逐步形成一种教师对学生进行密切的学术指导与细致的个性化帮助的英语语言学习文化。这种学习文化关注的是英语学习对研究生成长和服务社会的意义。The goal of graduate-level English teaching is to help students acquire an effective communication ability that is suitable in today＇s pluralistic society.Rather than a better teaching method,English educators should seek a teaching and learning strategy that meets students＇ needs and is commensurate with their learning experiences.For this purpose,it is necessary to establish a public service platform for graduate-level English teaching to facilitate close academic advisement and customized assistance.This approach attaches more importance to the effect of English teaching and learning on actual student growth and social service.
