摘　　要：商洛学院在人才培养方案的修订中以能力为核心,从理念转变、加大实践教学、改革实验教学、增设创新学分、方向课程的模块化等方面着手,促进学生全面发展,培养高素质应用型人才。Revision of talent training program of Shangluo College based on competency promotes the overall development of students, and develops high quality application-oriented talents, starting from concept changes, increasing the practical teaching, the reform of the teaching experiment, adding innovation credit, modularization of orientation courses.
