摘　　要：面对当代90后的一代大学生,面对日新月异的教育教学改革,对现代教师提出了更新的要求和目标,即更新自我的能力、赏识学生的能力和科学评价学生的能力,并且需要教师把这三种能力在课堂教学中集中表现出来,进而提高大学课堂学习效率。Facing the college students born in 1990s and the fast-changing educational and teaching reform,it demands new requi- rements and objectives,which is the ability of self-renovation and the ability of appreciation and scientific evaluation of the students. Moreover, these abilities are required to show in the process of class-teaching ,so that the efficiency of class-teaching at the college can be improved.
