高职教育产学研合作之一体化模式探析

摘　　要：产学研合作教育模式正在成为高职教育办学模式改革发展的一种基本趋势,文章在分析传统的合作模式局限的基础上,提出产学研一体化之模式。这种模式的目标是建立一种实体,通过教学内容、课程体系、管理模式和师资队伍建设等方面的改革,实现高职院校学生综合素质、创新能力和可持续发展能力的提高,并形成利润中心。The education model of enterprise-university-research cooperation is a basic trend of reform and development in school running pattern of higher vocational education.The paper analyzes the limitations of the traditional cooperationand put forward the integration pattern.It aims to establish an entity through teaching contents,the curriculum system,management mode and construction of teaching staff and other reforms to achieve the overall quality of vocational college students,innovation and sustainable development capacity,and the formation of profit center.
