摘　　要：为了解决目前服装业快速发展对专业技能人才需求增加,"规格"型专业技能人才的不足和不对路的问题,确立了本课题研究和实践的内容。分析高职校企合作模式和高职教学现状,结合辽宁高职服装专业办学特色,以多维校企合作的岗位为基础,进行服装技能型应用人才培养模式的教学改革和实践,使学生更加适应社会、企业和岗位。Present situation of teaching and college-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education in China are analyzed.The feature of clothing specialty teaching in Liaoning province is introduced.In the practice,the teaching reform was carried out in a multi-dimensional mode giving priority to professional position abilities,thus making the students to fit in with the needs of the society.
