摘　　要：专业课教师应充分认识并高度重视自己所承担的教书育人重任。作者在多年专业课教学过程中教书育人的主要作法和体会是:1.树立良好的教师形象;2.强化专业思想教育;3.精选知识点,随机渗透,水乳交融,润物细无声;4.关爱学生做学生的良师益友。The every specialized teacher should fully understand and attach great importance his own responsibility of impart knowledge and educate people. The main approaches and experience of impart knowledge and educate people in specialized teaching were that set up a good image of teacher, strengthen specialized ideological education, and very care- fully chose knowledges, random infiltrate, perfect fuse and improvement in silence, and care for a student and become their mentor.
