摘　　要：英美文学课是目前高校英语专业学生在高年级阶段开设的一门专业主干课程。传统英美文学教学所暴露的问题在一定程度上表明,这种教学已很难满足课程要求和学习者的要求。本文从外语教学的听、说、读、写、译五个基本技能出发,结合"英美文学"授课过程中多媒体教学使用的经验来探讨在网络环境下构建该课程新的教学模式的必要性和可行性。British and American Literature is one of the main courses for senior students in English major at present.
