摘　　要：通过"农科教一体化"模式把农业科学研究、农业科技推广与农业实用人才培养紧密结合起来,以综合示范基地、农业流动总医院、农民培训中心、大学生创业孵化园四个载体,促使农业、科技、教育的有机结合形成一体,提高农民吸收和应用科技的能力,加速促进农类院校科技成果转移转化能力,搭建科技服务"三农"新平台。A new platform for promoting the contribution of scientific technology to the ＂three rural＂ was introduced in this paper. The new platform was established according to the concept of integrating agriculture, scientific technology and education. The integration can be achieved by simultaneously conducting agricultural research, technical popularization and education. The detailed process includes establishing integrated model base, agricultural hospital, farmer training centers, antl institutions snecifieallv farcollege students to start a business.
