摘 要:面向浅层月壤取样,文章设计了新颖的卷簧式可伸缩小型月壤取样器,它包括柔性取样臂和振动式取样头。对取样器进行了动力学有限元分析,研究了取样臂为不同长度时取样头的振动模态及频率响应,得出取样臂一阶横振频率与取样臂长度呈负幂函数关系;对取样器测控系统进行了振动试验,通过扫频方式测量取样臂为不同长度时的自振频率,给出了取样臂长度与自振频率的经验公式;试验研究了取样头钻取水泥样品时其深度与自振频率的关系,比较试验表明,振动法能够提高钻进速度约55%,提高钻进深度约48%。试验结果与有限元仿真结果吻合较好,验证了月壤取样器设计的合理性及振动法高效取样的有效性。For lunar subsurface sampling,this paper presents a novel coiling-type retractable lunar regolith sampler,including the flexible sampling arm and the sampling head.Firstly,the dynamic finite element analysis is performed to investigate the relationship between the vibration amplitude and the vibration frequency of a sampler for samplers with different lengths,the negative power relationship of the first order oriental vibrating frequency of the sampling arm and the length of the sampling arm is proved.Secondly,the measuring and controlling system is designed for vibration experiments,in which the resonant frequency at different lengths through the frequency sweep method is obtained,and the experience formulation is given for the length of the sampling arm and the resonant frequency.Finally,the experiments are carried out to study the relationship between the frequency and depth of the arm in the regolith.The comparative experiment results show that vibrating can improve the penetration speed by around 55%,enhancing penetration depth by about 48%.Experimental results and finite element simulation results are in good agreement,which has verified the rationality of the regolith sampler and the efficiency of the sampling with vibrating.
