摘　　要：给出了矩阵方程ＡＸＡＴ＋ ＢＹＢＴ＝ Ｃ有亚半正定解的充要条件及其通解表达式．The necessary and sufficient conditions of the matrix equation AXA T+BYB T=C having subpositive semidefinite solutions are derived.The general forms of such solution are also given.
