摘　　要：分析归纳了新的护士执业资格考试在组织管理、科目及题型设置、考核要求、命题形式及考试内容等5个方面的变化;指出执行新的护士执业资格考试方案后护生将面临一些新的问题;提出从提高认识、开展基于临床护理工作过程的教学改革、做好考前培训及加强实习期间管理等应对策略,以提高护生执业资格考试应试能力。The author summarized 5 prominent changes in new nurse certification examination,including organization and management,settings of subjects and question type,examination requirements,proposition style,and test contents.Then the author pointed out problems lying in nurse students after implementation of the new scheme for nurse certification examination.The last part of the paper described measures for improving nurse students′ exam-taking ability,such as improving cognition,conducting clinical-process-oriented teaching reform,providing training before the exam,and strengthening management during practice.
