摘 要:为了准确检测塑料桶装食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯污染程度,利用响应面法对食用油中的邻苯二甲酸酯的固相萃取条件进行优化。探讨了不同洗脱剂、洗脱体积、洗脱速率、弗罗里硅土与样品比例对邻苯二甲酸酯固相萃取的影响。在单因素的基础上,对洗脱剂、洗脱体积、洗脱速率3个因素进行Box-Behnken设计,以食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯萃取量为响应值,通过响应面分析法对固相萃取条件进行优化。经实验确定的最佳萃取条件为:丙酮正己烷浓度42%,洗脱体积49mL,洗脱速率8r/min;在5、10、15mg/kg的添加水平,邻苯二甲酸酯的加标回收率在94.67%~101.83%之间,相对标准偏差在1.78%~2.77%之间。响应面法优化后的邻苯二甲酸酯回收率有较大的提高。In order to accurately detect the pollution of phthalic acid esters in plastic bottled edible oil,soild phase mircroextraction condition was studied by response surface methodology.The effects of different elution solvents,elution volumes,elution rates and ratio Florisil on yield of extraction of PAEs were discussed.The Box-Behnken design was applied to fit a response surface function,which based on the one-variable-at-time design.The optimal levels were as follows:the ratio of acetone to hexane was 42%,the elution volumes was 49mL,the elution rate was 8r/min.The recovery rate of the phthalic acid esters at 5,10,15mg/kg addition were ranged from 94.67% to 101.83%,the relatively standard deviation was in 1.78% ~ 2.77%.The Box-Behnken can be used on the extraction of PAEs from cooking oil,and the result was better than that in the one-variable-at-time design.
