缄默知识显性化与商务汉语课堂教学模式初探

摘　　要：缄默知识作为人类知识的基础,对人类的学习行为具有导向作用;商务汉语教学过程中存在大量的缄默知识,对课堂教学的效果产生正面或负面的影响;缄默知识的显性化是提高教学效果的重要手段,通过科学地设计课堂情景,可以有效地促进学生关于商务汉语等的缄默知识的显性化,提高商务汉语教学的效果。Tacit knowledge as the basis of human knowledge plays the leading role in the learning behavior;there is a large number of tacit knowledge in the business Chinese class and affect positive or negative; making the tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge will improve the teaching effect; through scientific design of classroom situation, teachers can effectively help the students to explicit their tacit knowledge about business Chinese and improve their teaching effect.
