摘  要:对可调二级增压柴油机的增压压力控制策略进行了计算研究,建立了可调二级增压柴油机的瞬态平均参数模型,应用模型对可调二级增压柴油机进行了系统辨识,得到了不同工况下增压压力对调节阀开度的频率响应伯德图。针对不同工况设计了增压压力的PI反馈控制模块参数,为了加快瞬态响应能力,为控制器添加了前馈模块。设计了柴油机的瞬态加载工况和稳态干扰工况。模拟计算结果表明:该控制器在增压压力提高了22 kPa的基础上,稳定用时却比单级增压的原机减少了4.6 s。在稳态测量误差的干扰下,控制器使增压压力的变化幅度只有不到2%。Boost pressure control strategy was studied numerically for a regulated two stage turbocharged diesel engine.A transient mean value diesel engine model was set up and used to conduct engine system identification,the Bode plots of the boost pressure response to the regulated valve opening under different operation conditions were obtained.On the basis a gain-scheduling PI feedback control algorithm was presented.In order to speed up the transient process,a feedforward loop was added into the boost pressure controller.Using transient engine model,response performance to load step and measurement disturbance of the proposed controller were analyzed.The simulation calculated results show that compared to the original engine the boost pressure of the regulated two stage turbocharged diesel engine is improved by 22 kPa and the settling time is reduced by 4.6 s in load step transient condition.For the response to measurement disturbance,the controller constrains the amplitude of the boost pressure fluctuation within 2 %.
