摘　　要：以福建省高中高级职称教师教育技术能力培训为实例,分析了教育技术课程需要的支持问题及提高教育技术能力培训质量的有效方法,论述了课程实施的难点的方法,提出提高教育技术能力主管部门、学校、教师急需解决的问题和方法。Take Fujian senior high school teachers＂ educational technology ability training as an example, the paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of educational technology training and effective methods taken to improve the training quality, and then discusses the difficulties of curriculum implementation. At last, it proposes some urgent problems that face the administrative departments, schools and teachers and that need to he resolved urgently and corresponding methods.
