摘 要:采用自编的大学英语教师胜任力调查问卷对541名教师进行团体施测,以考察大学英语教师的胜任力特征。研究结果表明:(1)大学男女英语教师的胜任力没有显着差异。(2)大学英语教师的胜任力存在学校性质的显着差异。(3)大学英语教师的胜任力存在工作年限的显着差异,表现为3-5年>5-10年>3年以内>10年以上的变化趋势。(4)大学英语教师的胜任力存在职称类型的显着差异,表现为讲师>副教授>助教>教授的发展特点。该研究也对大学英语教师的评价带来了参考和借鉴。Utilising self- university English teacher competence questionnaire of 541 teachers in testing groups in order to analyse the characteristics of competence of English teachers in colleges. The research results show that: ( 1 ) University of male and female English teachers Competency Competency career no significant differences. (2) University of competence of English teachers in schools the nature of the characteristics of the existence of significant differences. (3) University of competence of English teachers working life characteristics of the existence of significant differences between the performance for the physical and aesthetic categories 〉 Science Class 〉 Arts trends. (4) College English teachers Competency exist significant differences in grade performance for the sophomore 〉 St. Paul 〉 freshman 〉 senior trends. The current college English teaching competence of teachers training and training has brought a certain degree of enlightenment to the evaluation of English teachers in colleges.
