摘　　要：深入开展创先争优活动,高度重视高校师德的结构性缺失,切实解决师德建设中师德缺失的各种问题,促进师德师风建设,在当前全面推进教育教学改革的新形势下,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。Now under the new situation of all - round educational reform, it is of great practical and profound historical significance to carry out excellence in the performances and make efforts to solve such problems as the loss of teachers＇ morality so as to promote the construction of teachers＇ morality and general mood.
