摘　　要：八年制医学教育是目前我国培养精英医学人才的全新模式，实行阶段导师制是八年制教育的客观需求。本文简要介绍了八年制医学教育实行阶段导师制的重要性和必要性，对不同阶段导师的职责和任务进行了初步探索。Eight-year medical program is a new model for medical education at present in China. It is necessary to carry out a system in which the tutorial supervision is implemented at certain stages. This paper briefly introduces the importance and necessity for implementing the system and discusses the tutors＇ responsibilities and tasks at the different stages.
