摘　　要：高职院校辅导员要适应高职教育形势变化,转变管理思想,运用行之有效的方式开展学生管理工作。该文分析了高职院校做好学生管理工作的意义以及当前高职学生特点和开展辅导员工作情况,指出提高辅导员工作成效的对策和建议:一是辅导员要为人师表、言传身教,树立榜样,做学生的引路人;二是要尊重学生,加强交流,做学生的指路人;三是要明确学生职业发展目标,关爱学生,做学生的贴心人。The higher vocational colleges and universities instructor must adapt the quality education situation change, the transformation management concept, utilize the effective way to do the student supervisory work. This article analyzes the management of vocational college students to do meaningful work, and the current characteristics of vocational students and instructors carry out the work situation, that instructors＇ work to improve the effectiveness of countermeasures and suggestions： First, the instructor to serve as role models, words and deeds, set an example, a student of the guide; the second is to respect students, enhance communication, guiding a student; Thirdly, should have a clear career goals, care for students, a student＇s close friend.
