摘　　要：研究一类具有HollingⅣ型双密度制约的捕食系统,并分析该系统平衡点的性态,得到了唯一正平衡点的全局稳定性和极限环存在唯一性的充分条件.In the paper,a predator-prey system in which prey has double density retrict with Holling Ⅳ functional response is studied.The quailibria of the system is studied.The sufficient conditions for global stability of the unique positive equilibrium and existence and uniqueness of the limit cycle of the system are obtained.
