摘　　要：本文采用实地访谈、问卷调查、实地观察等方法对贵州省农村党员干部现代远程教育工程资源整合的现状、成功经验、面临的困难和问题等进行了深入的分析。在此基础上,提出了相关的对策和建议。Based on systematic interviews,questionnaires and observations,the paper reports the results of a study of the modern distance education project for communist party members and cadres in the rural areas of Guizhou Province.It analyzes the current situation,the successful experiencse and the problems of resource integration.It also suggests strategies for solving these problems.
