摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种研究方法对制约新疆普通高校开展阳光体育运动的因素进行分析,根据研究结论提出建议。The paper applies the research methods of literature,questionnaire,talks to investigate the factors of restricting the development of ＂Sunshine＂ athletic sports in colleges and universities of Xinjiang and it,based on the statistical analysis,proposes some suggestions.
