摘　　要：阳光体育运动在高校的开展必须与体育课教学相结合才能取得良好效果。高校体育教学要实现阳光体育运动的本质和要求,应从教学观念、教学内容、教学手段、教学组织形式和教学评价等方面进行优化。The carrying on of sunny sport movement in universities and colleges must be conbined with P.E.teaching.P.E.teaching in universities and colleges must realize the nature and requirements of sunny sport movement,it can be optimized through teaching leas,teaching contents,teaching maids,teaching organization and teaching evaluation.
