东莞市集中式餐具消毒效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解东莞市餐具消毒企业餐具消毒效果情况,完善监管措施。方法对全市53家餐具消毒企业包装好的消毒餐具进行现场随机采样,进行大肠菌群与烷基(苯)磺酸钠检测。结果 53家餐具消毒企业中,抽检结果均合格的占79.52%;530份大肠菌群检测样品合格率为96.42%,各种餐具消毒效果没有显著差异(x2=8.632,P>0.05);53份烷基(苯)磺酸钠检测样品合格率为100.0%。结论东莞市集中式餐具消毒企业餐具消毒效果总体情况良好,建议继续加强餐具消毒企业的监管及技术指导力度,进一步提高消毒餐具达标率,保障消费者健康。Objective To investigate the situation and effect of tableware sterilization of tableware in concentrated decontaminating industry,and perfect the measures for supervision and management.Methods Random sampling was adopted for packed sterilized tableware in 53 industries to detect coliform and ABS.Results The eligible rate was 100% accounted for 79.52%（42/53） out of 53 industries;the eligible rate of sterilized tableware for coliform detection was 96.42% out of 530 samples,there were no remarkable differences among all kinds of sterilized tableware（x2=8.632,P0.05）;the eligible rate of ABS detection was 100% out of 53 samples.Conclusion The effect of tableware concentrated decontamination in Dongguan was relatively good in summary,we suggest continue to strengthen the supervision and technology direction to the tableware concentrated decontamination industry to improve eligible rate of sterilized tableware,and to guarantee consumers＇ health.
