大连市14-17岁城市青少年参加课外体育锻炼的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等研究方法,对大连市主要城区具有代表性中学生参加课外体育锻炼的情况进行了调查与分析。结果显示:大连市城市青少年参加课外体育锻炼的动机表现出以中考加分为主的短视现象。虽然是以提高身体素质占的比例最高,但多是以满足个人短期的提高体育成绩需要为主;锻炼项目的选择以健身跑为主;锻炼场所主要以学校操场为主,只有极少数学生在社区和家里的空地及健身俱乐部进行锻炼;锻炼形式主要以结伴锻炼和集体组织形式,以个人行为锻炼的人极少;学生自主参加锻炼的频率较低、锻炼持续的时间和对锻炼时间的选择没有规律性。影响大连市14-17岁城市青少年参加课外体育锻炼的主观因素有对锻炼内容不感兴趣、受重文轻武的传统文化和应试教育以及个人运动技能好坏等方面的影响;客观因素有学习压力大,时间不足、场地器材缺乏等。This article,by using the method of literature review,investigation and mathematical statistics,makes investigation on status of junior students participating in extra-curricular sports activity of key middle schools in main region of Dalian city.The result shows that Dalian City junior students participating in extracurricular sports motivation shown to entrance points as short-sighted.Although it is to improve the physical fitness of the highest,but mostly to meet individual short-term needs improving sporting achievements.Training project choice to run the main gym;exercise primary school playground main site,and only a small number of students in the community and the home of open space and health club for exercise;exercise the main form of exercise to go hand in hand and collective forms of organization to exercise personal behavior very few;students participate in exercise independent low frequency,exercise duration and timing of the exercise is not regular.The subjective factors influence junior students aged 14-17 in Dalian city participating in extracurricular sports exercise are lack of interesting,traditional education and examination-oriented education.The objective factors are lack of time,shortage of playing ground and equipment and heavy study pressure.
