摘　　要：目的:探讨医学检验成人教育课程体系建构的程序。方法:根据专业特点和职业教育教学规律,列举课程并设计调查表格,由行业专家、行业从业人员、学员共同选择具体课程,经统计处理后筛选出相应课程组成成人教育课程门类体系。结果:医学检验三年制成人教学可开设3门次公共课、8门次或9门次专业基础课、10门次专业课、6门次选修课。专科和本科在具体的课程设置上不同。结论:成人教育应充分考虑成人学员在课程设置中的自主性、针对性,尊重学员的职业经验,综合行业专家、行业从业人员、成人教育学员的意见筛选课程,合理建构成人教育课程门类体系。Objective： Probe construction program of laboratory medicine for adult education. Methods： According to professional features and vocational education law, list curriculums and design the survey. After statistical analysis, select the desired curriculum, and constitute an adult education courses system. Results： Laboratory medicine for three years＇ adult education should set up 3 public courses, 8 or 9 basic courses, 10 technical courses and 6 optional courses. It should have different specific curriculums between college and university. Conclusion： Adult education should be fully considered in the curriculum of the autonomy, targeted. Respect for students＇ professional experience, and the opinions from consult industry experts, industry practitioners and adult trainees. Select adult education courses and construct a reasonable system of adult education course category.
