摘　　要：学校好的教学质量需要老师的敬业勤奋与合适的教学模式——教学目标的合适，教学方法的合适，教育评价的合适，学校管理的合适．制定适合每个学生的评价标准，给每个学生制定一个适合她自己的教学目标和教学方法，真正做到因材施教，让学生在享受教育中最大化的发掘潜能，树立自信，做一个人格健全的人，让老师在因材施教中享受传道、授业、解惑的快乐．A good teaching quality need teachers＇ effect and a suitable teaching mode, suitable teaching goal, teaching method, teaching evaluation and school management. Teach students in accordance of their aptitude, makes sure that they enjoy study and develop their maximize potential, establish self-confidence, to be a person with perfect personality, and makes sure the teachers enjoy themselves in their teaching.
