职业技能大赛对于高职教育的影响力分析

摘　　要：本文通过分析探讨职业技能大赛对职业教育人才培养目标制定、课程建设、师资队伍培养、校企合作等方面产生的影响和作用,可以看出职业技能大赛的举办促进了职业院校的教学改革、"双师型"师资队伍建设,使得学生的综合职业技能教育得到了稳步提高,并营造了全社会支持和参与职业教育的良好氛围,促进了校企之间的深度合作。In this paper it analyzes the influence of skills competition on construct the personnel training scheme,curriculum building,teacher training and school-enterprise cooperation.It can be seen that the skills competition was great benefit to promote teaching reform and construct education faculty.It improved the students＇ vocational skills steadily.And it strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation.
