摘　　要：根据医学院校生物信息学专业数据库教学的现状及普遍存在的问题,深入研究PBL教学法,将该方法引入到数据库教学中,以传统教学方法为辅,理论与实践相结,应用多种数据库软件,强调生物信息专业的数据库知识学习和应用的专业特点,促使学生在快乐的氛围中掌握专业知识,提高学习能力,感受学习的快乐,增强学习信心,从而达到较好的教学效果。According to the present situation of database teaching and the universal existent questions in Bioinformatics sciences specialized of medical colleges and universities, we deeply research PBL teaching method which is introduced in the database teaching and we take traditional teaching method as auxiliary. At the same time, we unify the theory and practice of database and apply many kinds of database soft wares. We emphasis the characteristic of database knowledge study and application in Bioinformatics specialty and urge students to master the specialized knowledge in the Pleasant atmosphere, which can sharpen the capability of learning, as well as students can enjoy the joy of studying and the enhancement study confidence, thus we achieve good teaching effect.
