摘  要:随着教育技术的不断进步和对英语多媒体教学的提倡,语言实验室的发展成为高校英语教育发展的趋势之一。但是由于文科教师计算机技能的欠缺及实验室管理方式不够健全等原因,语言实验室并未发挥出在英语教学中期望的效用。因此文中主要从提高提高授课教师技能以及完善实验室的管理两方面讨论如何提高语言实验室的利用效率,使其在外语教学中发挥更加积极的作用。Along with the progress of educational technologies and the wide applications of multimedia in English teaching,the development of language labs has become one of the tendencies in college English teaching.However,since many English teachers haven't acquired adequate computer skills and for some schools,sound management regulations are yet to come,the outcomes of language labs are not as satisfying as expected.For the above reasons,this article intends to discuss how to enhance the utilization rate of language labs in English teaching from two perspectives,namely,the training of English teachers and the establishment of convincing regulations of the labs,in the hope of achieving more active functions in English teaching.
