摘  要:目的探讨病例导入式教学方法在急诊医学教学中的应用效果。方法将武汉大学医学院2005级七年制临床医学专业65名学生作为实验组,2004级七年制临床医学专业57名学生作为对照组,分别采用病例导人式教学方法和传统教学方法进行授课。对两组学生进行了急诊医学理论考核,并对实验组学生进行了教学效果的问卷调查。结果实验组学生的急诊医学考核成绩明显高于对照组学生。问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生认为病例导入式教学方法在提高学习兴趣和主动性,提高分析、解决临床问题能力,更容易掌握重点内容等方面优于传统教学方法。结论病例导入式教学方法适用于急诊医学理论教学,有助于提高教学质量。Objective To explore the effects of case introduced method in teaching emergency. Methods 65 students in 2005 Clinical Medicine Major,the Second Clinical Institute of Wuhan University was test group and 57 students in 2004 Clinical Medicine Major as the control group. The case introduced method teaching and the traditional teaching method were used in emergency in the two groups, respectively. The effects of the case introduced method were investigated. Results The emergency examination score of the students in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. In the questionnaire, most of the experimental group students think that case introduced method is better than the traditional teaching method. Conclusions Using the case introduced method to teach emergency may improve the quality of teaching.
