摘　　要：目的 探讨如何提高标准化病人（standardizedpatient，SP）的体格检查评估水平。方法在培训标准化病人时，教师要强调作为标准化病人应当注意的问题并教会其常用的评估技巧，找出体格检查评估的重点和难点，并进行反复训练。结果标准化病人对评估者的作用有了进一步的认识，提高了标准化病人体格检查的评估水平。结论应用标准化病人对医学生进行体格检查训练，对提高医学生体格检查的能力具有重要的作用。Objective To investigate how to improve evaluation level in physical examination of standardized patient（SP）. Methods The teachers should poin tout the questions as a SP in training them and teach them the evaluation metheds, and find emphasis and difficult points, and train SP repeatedly. Results Standardized patients had more recognition about role of evaluating people. The evaluation level in physical examination was improved. Conclusions Using standardized patients for training and examining the medical students was important to raise student＇ s ability of physical examination.
