摘  要:以吉林体育学院的术科教师为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法对其教学行为进行研究.研究结果表明:吉林体育学院术科教师的教学动机激发行为的有效性仍存在不足,创建课堂环境行为比较低效,但就效果而言,吉林体育学院术科教师的教学行为均具有很有效,能够满足体育教学的需要.Jilin institute of physical education teachers Of technical subjects, as the research object, using questionnaire survey, literature and data and statistics on their teaching behavior. The results show that: Jilin institute of physical education teachers in the teaching of technical subjects, the effectiveness of motivational behavior is still deficient, createa classroom environment, behavior of relatively inefficient, but in terms of effect, Jilin institute of physical educa- tion teachers in the teaching behavior of subjects have a very effective and capable of to meet the physical needs of schools.
