四平地区农村教师队伍建设中存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：发展农村教育的关键在于提高农村教师队伍素质.目前四平地区农村教师队伍建设中主要存在着数量不足、素质偏低、结构不合理、队伍不稳定、生存压力大、教育教学观念落后等问题.经过历时一年的深入调研,笔者就当前四平地区农村教师队伍建设中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的解决对策.Improving the quality of rural teaching staff is the key to develop rural education. Nowdays, there are many main problems in the construction of rural teaching staff of Siping area, such as the insufficient number, reasonable structure, force instability, stressful survival pressure, and the outdate education concept. The author analyzed the currentproblems in the construction of rural teachers staff of Siping area and gave the corresponding strategies.
