摘　　要：实施英才教育培养创新型人才是国家创新发展的重要问题。要有效实施英才教育,就要转变英才教育研究观念,加强对英才培养模式的研究与创新,并将英才教育切实落实在实践中,为英才教育的开展创设良好的氛围。Cultivating creative talents through talent education is a major matter in the country＇s creative development. To implement the talent education, it is necessary to transform the ideas of research on talent education and focus more on the research on the patterns of cultivating talents as well as advance more new patterns, so that a good environment will develop and talent education will be integrated into the educational practice.
